摘要
集成CM模式与代建制为CM型代建制,建立了代建制项目治理层次和CM模式项目管理层次快速建设机制。通过基于"短名单"的CM型代建人快速选择机制和基于快速建设的项目风险分担与代建人报酬激励机制,从项目治理层次上解决快速建设问题。通过基于信息共享的CM型代建制快速信息处理机制,基于快速拨付的项目资金支付机制和基于伙伴关系模式的冲突监控与快速处理机制,从项目管理层次上解决快速建设问题。
This paper integrates CM system and agent construction system into CM agent construction system and establishes the fast construction mechanism by project governance level based on agent construction system and project management level based on CM system. By means of the fast selecting CM agent mechanism based on ＂ short list＂ and the mechanism of project risk allocation and reward incentive, fast construction is solved from project governance level. By means of the mechanism of fast information processing based on information sharing, the payment mechanism based on rapid disbursement and the mechanism of fast inspection and resolution of conflict based on partnering, fast construction is solved from project management level.
