摘要
根据历史脉络追踪SR I的来源,借鉴国际中介机构的定义对SR I的内涵加以概括,得出了"社会责任投资是通过投资获取金钱回报,同时满足投资者的道德要求,实现环境、社会或公司治理的改善,推动可持续发展的金融投资方式"的结论,并分析了现阶段我国发展SR I的迫切性。
Reviewing the history of SRI,this paper surveys the international influential definitions,and finds out that SRI is a financial investing approach which satisfies the financial return and moral values of investors,as well as improving environment,society and corporation government,and drives sustainable development.On base of these,this paper discusses the urgency of SRI development in present in China.
