欠发达地区医疗网点布局和资源的合理配置研究——以重庆市为例

Research on Layout and Resource Allocation Method of Health Care in Underdeveloped Areas——Taking Chongqing as An Example

以重庆市为例,研究了欠发达地区医疗资源配置的方法和网点布局。首先研究医疗网点合理布局的方法;此后采用卫生服务需求法和卫生服务需要法建立了医疗资源优化配置的模型,从医生、床位、资金等方面研究重庆的理想配置状况。并结合实际给出了重庆三级医疗网点的布局,最后提出了改善现状的几点建议。

Considering Chongqing as an example, the paper studies the resource allocation method and layout of health care in underdeveloped areas. Firstly, it analyzes the reasonable layout method of health care network; through the means of health services demand and the means of health services needs, it establishes the model of optimal allocation of medical resources and analyzes medical resource allocation based on the number of doctors, beds and medicaid funds. Moreover, it gives the layout of medical network in Chongqing, and at last it prompts some advices on how to improve the present situation.
