脑内炎性假瘤1例报告并文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨脑内炎性假瘤的临床、影像学、病理特征及治疗。方法回顾性分析1例脑内炎性假瘤患者临床资料及随访结果,结合现有文献报道分析。结果本例脑内炎性假瘤患者临床表现为头痛、伴右侧肢体麻木、无力;头部MRI显示左顶枕叶大片长T1、长T2信号,明显强化;行开颅手术完整切除病变;病理为肉芽肿性炎症;术后效果良好,术后1年头颅MRI复查显示病变消失,脑组织无水肿。结论脑内炎性假瘤病例少见,临床表现和影像学改变无特异性,病理学检查是诊断的主要依据,完整手术全切除治疗效果好。
