摘要
目的:利用大鼠胸主动脉球囊内皮剥脱术模型,探讨纤维蛋白(原)与肌内膜增殖的关系。方法:将64只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组和剥脱组。剥脱组大鼠又分别在术后10min、1、3、7、14、21天处死取材。结果:大鼠胸主动脉免疫组织化学研究发现,正常组和假手术组大鼠血管壁无纤维蛋白(原)沉积,术后10min在血管腔表面即有一层致密的纤维蛋白(原)沉积,然后随着术后时间的延长,纤维蛋白(原)逐渐渗入到增殖的新生内膜中,中膜中未见有纤维蛋白(原)的沉积。结论:纤维蛋白(原)可能在内皮剥脱后的血管平滑肌细胞增殖中起一定作用。
Purpose A rat model established by balloon angioplasty of thoracic aorta was used to study the relationship between fibrinogen/fibrin deposition and myointimal hyperplasia of vascular wall. Methods Sixty four rats were randomized into normal group, sham group and denudation group. Rats of denudation group were killed at different time from 10 min to 21 days after endothelial denudation. Fibrinogen/fibrin deposition in thoracic aorta was observed with immunohistochemical technique. Results The results showed that fibrinogen/fibrin wasnt found in the normal and sham aortic walls, at 10 min after denudation, a layer of fibrinogen/fibrin deposition was found in luminal surface of aortic wall, and then fibrinogen/fibrin gradually infiltrated into neointima. There was no fibrinogen/fibrin deposition in media of aortic wall. Conclusion The results suggest that fibrinogen/fibrin may play a role in proliferation of aortic smooth muscle cells after endothelial denudation.
