手术治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

The clinical research of nonsmall-cell lung cancer by operation

目的:探讨手术治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床研究。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析本院收治的60例非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料。结果:60例非小细胞肺癌患者手术治疗疗效情况,缓解19例(33.3%)、部分缓解25例(41.6%)、无变化16例(26.6%),缓解率75%。患者手术治疗后体力状况和生活质量较治疗前均有明显的恢复,P<0.01,差异均有统计学意义。术后1年生存45例(75%),3年生存30例(50%),5年生存12例(20%)。结论:通过对患者的病理类型、病理分期和手术方式进行合理的分析,同时进行术后处理及放疗或化疗,临床疗效和预后良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To approach clinical research of nonsmall-cell lung cancer by operation. Methods： To retrospective analyze the 60 cases patients of nonsmall-cell lung cancer in our hospital. Results： The curative effect of 60 cases nonsmall-cell lung cancer patients by operation were anesis 19 cases（33.3%）, part anesis 25 cases（41.6%）, no change 16 cases （26.6%） ,anesis rate was 75%.The physical capacity and quality of life after operation,which was better than before operation, P〈0.01,the difference was statistical significance. The survival after 1 year was 45 cases（75%）, the survival after 3 year was 30 cases（50%）, the survival after 5 year was 12 cases（20%）. Conclusion： To analyze the pathology types, pathology staging and operation methods for patients to deal with operation,radiotherapy,chemo,the clinical curative effect and prognosis are good, which is worth to be used.
