其中A组:CPP〈60mmHg;B组:60mmHg≤CPP〈80mmHg;C组:CPP〉80mmHg。 [Objective] To study the relationship between cerebral perfusion pressure(CPP) and prognosis in postoperative patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and to determine the suitable threshold of postoperative CPP. [Methods] Eighty seven patients were divided into three groups on the basis of their CPP including Group A with CPP〈60 mmHg, Group B with 60mmHg≤CPP 〈 80 mmHg and Group C with CPP 〉 80mmHg. One month after operation, the prognosis of three groups were compared by Glasgow outcome scale (GOS). [Results] The prognosis of Group B was better than that of other two groups( P 〈0. 05) [Conclusion] The CPP in patients with hypertensive intraeerebral hemorrhage after operation should be kept within the range of 60-80 mmHg in order to improve the prognosis.
