摘要
探讨了超高相对分子质量聚乙烯冻胶丝在后续拉伸过程中的萃取、干燥和拉伸条件对拉伸性能和结构性能的影响。结果表明萃取时间越长拉伸效果越好,萃取浴比在20∶1、干燥温度在40℃、干燥时间在40min和拉伸速率为0.5m/min时拉伸效果最好。通过对冻胶丝SEM观察可以看出,萃取温度越高,冻胶丝表面越容易形成沟槽;拉伸温度越高,冻胶丝表面越光滑;拉伸速率越大,冻胶丝表面越容易形成沟槽。还通过对经过拉伸后的纤维进行X-射线研究,得出结论:随着萃取温度和萃取时间以及拉伸温度的升高,纤维结晶度升高。
The effects of extraction, drying and stretching conditions and the maximum draw ratio, structure and properties of UHMWPE gel-spun fibers were discussed. The results show that the longer the extraction time, stretch the better. When extraction liquor ratio at 20:1, the drying temperature at 40 ℃,the drying time in 40 rain, stretching rate of 0.5 m/min, the best results were obtained. Fibers observed by SEM showed that the higher the extraction temperature, the easier the formation of a trench on the fiber surface. After s X-ray studies, obtained as the extraction temperature and extraction time and temperature tensile increased, fiber crystallinity increased.
