摘要
为了解人类心肌肥大时间质胶原的变化，我们用生化方法检测了法乐氏四联症患者肥大右室心肌间质胶原的含量及胶原Ⅰ／Ⅲ型比值的改变。结果发现：法乐氏四联症组心肌间质胶原含量平均（14．85±2．48）μg/mg总蛋白，较对照组平均7．55μg/mg总蛋白明显增多（P＜0．05）；且法乐氏四联症组胶原含量与心肌细胞直径呈正相关r=0．49（P＜0．05）；法乐氏四联症组Ⅰ／Ⅲ型胶原比值（5．10±1．84）较对照组（2．27±0．58）显著增高（P＜0．05），法乐氏四联症组心肌间质胶原含量与Ⅰ／Ⅲ型胶原比值呈正相关，r＝0．59（P＜0．005）。结论：法乐氏四联症右室心肌细胞肥大时伴有心肌间质胶原含量的增多，且以Ⅰ型胶原增多为主。
The objectives of the study were to investigate the collagen concentration and type Ⅰ /Ⅲ ratio of right ventricle in tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). Tissues of the unfundibular septum from 22 patients with TOF were studied and 8 patients without cardiovascular disease and collagen system disease were used as control. Collagen were determined by biochemical methods. The hydroxyproline concentration and the ratio of Ⅰ /Ⅲ type collagen in the right ventricle with TOF were significantly higher than those in the control group (14. 85 ± 2. 85)μg/mg total protein vs (7 .55 ± 1. 89)μg/mg total protein, P < 0.05; (5. 10 ± 1 .84) vs (2.27 ± 0.58), P < 0.05, respectively). The results suggested that the collagen concentration was increased, furthermore mainly increased by Ⅰ type collagen in TOF.
