摘要
移植物动脉硬化(TA)已成为移植患者长期存活的严重障碍。迄今为止,移植物动脉硬化的发生原因及机理仍不清楚,也无有效的防治手段;本实验成功地在SD、wistar大鼠间建立了异品系移植腹主动脉硬化模型,对于探索TA的发生原因、机理以及研究防治TA的药物成分具有重大的意义。
Transplant arteriosclerosis (TA) appears to be a significant problem in the long - term survival of organ transplants. The pathophysiology underlying this enigmatic phenomenon is not understood, and no satisfactory beatment is yet clinically available. The model ofaortic allograft arteriosclerosis between SD and Wistar was successfully established in this study. It should be useful for studing the pathophysiology of TA and effective drug for preventing TA.
