摘要
根据国内外盾构隧道施工中管片上浮现象,建立施工过程中的管片受力模型,分析管片上浮的实质原因:包括盾构姿态、隧道纵向刚度、同步注浆浆液未凝固段的长度、地层性质等,并提出控制管片上浮的主要措施。以期能对盾构隧道控制施工精度起到借鉴作用。
A segment stressing model is established on basis of the segment uplifts occurring during the construction of shield-bored tunnels.The causes for the segment uplift are analyzed in terms of the shield attitude,the longitudinal rigidity of the tunnel,the length of the tunnel section where the simultaneous grouting mortar has not set and the property of the ground.Finally,countermeasures are proposed to control the segment uplift.The paper can provide reference for similar projects.
