摘要
针对现行规范中对水泥质量稳定性控制的不足而出现的问题,通过对规范规定的水泥参数进行分析,运用一些简单的统计数据对不同稳定性水泥造成的影响进行了纵向对比,提出一些控制水泥质量稳定性的方法和相应的对策,强调了水泥以及混凝土其它原材料的稳定性对保证混凝土质量的意义,建议原材料检验过程中应增加稳定性指标。
Focusing on the problems resulting from the inadequate control of the cement quality stipulated in the currents standards,the authors analyze the cement parameters stipulated in the standards and compare the influences of cements with different stabilities by utilizing some simple statistical data.The authors also propose some methods and countermeasures to control the stability of the cement quality.The authors emphasize the importance of the stability of cement and other concrete raw materials on the concrete quality. The authors suggest that the stability indexes should be included in the raw material testing.
