摘要
为了实现地面对盾构施工的实时监控,同时又能摆脱第三方组态软件的各种局限,尝试采用OPC技术规范来实现PLC与地面监控PC机的通信,设计开发一套基于OPC的盾构地面数据采集和监视系统,并在工程实践中得到了检验。
In order to achieve real-time monitoring of shield boring in the above-ground office and to avoid the various limitations of the third-party configuration software,the authors try to realize the communications between PLC and above-ground monitoring PC based on OPC standard.An OPC-based data acquisition and visualization system for shield machines has been developed and has been verified through engineering practice.
