基于小流域综合治理的农业面源污染防治设想

The Vision of Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution Control Based on The Comprehensive Management of Small Watershed

农业面源污染是导致目前小流域水环境质量恶化的重要原因。文章从我国农业面源污染现状和污染途径出发,提出农业面源污染应以末端治理为主向从源头上控制为主的综合治理的转变,重点探讨了采取以小流域为单元,实行综合治理的措施。

Agricultural non-point source pollution is the important reasons leading to the current deterioration of water quality. The paper beginning with agricultural non-point source pollution status and pollution track in China, proposed the integrated management of agricultural non-point source pollution should be changed from based on the end of treatment to based on the control-oriented from the source. Comprehensive measures based on adoption of a small watershed as a unit are discussed deeply.
