上皮-间质转化与腹膜纤维化

摘要 经过上皮-间质转化,上皮细胞失去细胞极性及其标志物,细胞骨架重新调整变为纤维细胞样长梭形,并表达间质细胞标志物,分泌细胞外基质。近年来,体内外研究发现上皮-间质转化是腹膜纤维化的重要机制;而纤维化的腹膜组织可能为胃癌腹膜转移提供适宜“土壤”。
