随着经济社会的发展,西部高职高专人事档案管理出现了不适应形势发展的困境。文章分析了目前西部高职高专人事档案管理存在的主要问题,并提出了进一步加强这项工作的对策。

With economic and social development,the personnel files management of higher vocational colleges is in the plight of the situation not suited to the developing pace.This paper analyzes the main problems and proposes some measures to further strengthen this work.
