摘要
云南某地区的钛精矿品位为48.5%,将其与氢氧化钠在一定温度下混合焙烧,对焙烧产物进行水洗、酸溶、还原、水解、焙烧可制得二氧化钛品位95%以上的富钛料,用以满足某厂氯化法生产钛白粉对富钛料的需要。论文主要涉及到氢氧化钠与钛精矿的焙烧条件与工艺,通过试验确定出最佳焙烧条件:焙烧温度600℃,焙烧时间5h,碱矿比为1.8∶1,控制适当的酸浸条件,钛最高浸出率可达到96%。
The TiO2 content of one ilmenite concentrate in Yunnan province is 48.5%, when it is mixed with sodium hydroxide and calcined in certain temperature, then after the calcined outcome is bathed, dissolved by acid, deoxidized, hydrolyzed and calcined, the Ti-rich material is got, which TiO2 content is more than 95%. The product will meet the demand of titanium deoxid production by chloride method. The calcination condition and process of ilmenite cxoncentrate mixed with sodium hydroxide is discussed in the paper. According to the experimentation, the best calcination condition is in 600℃, lasting 5h, the ratio of sodium hydroxide with ilmenite concentrate is 1.8: 1, and in the proper condition of acid leaching, the best rate of leaching is 96%.
