摘要
为优化蛹虫草深层发酵培养基组成,采用菌体生物量和腺苷含量作为响应值,运用JMP析因设计(Frac-tional Factorial Design)研究糖蜜、VB1、玉米浆干粉、(NH4)2SO4、MgSO4和CaC l2对响应值的影响。结果分析显示,极显著影响蛹虫草深层发酵生物量和腺苷含量的关键因子为糖蜜、玉米浆和硫酸铵(P<0.01),且在实验范围内与响应值均呈正效应;VB1是影响生物量和腺苷含量的显著因子(P<0.05);氯化钙仅对生物量有显著影响(P=0.023 5<0.05),而对腺苷含量无显著影响(P=0.095 5>0.05);硫酸镁对2个响应值均无显著影响(P>0.05)。
In order to optimize the medium composition for the culture of Cordyceps militaris, Fractional Factorial Design was used in this study to evaluate the effect of molasses, VB1, corn steep powder, (NH4)2SO4, MgSO4 and CaCl2 on the two responses, biomass and adenosine content. The result indicated that molasses, corn steep powder and ( NH4 ) 2 SO4 were the most significant factors, and had positive relativity to the responses. In addition, vitamin B1 affected the two responses significantly;CaCl2 had significant effect on the biomass, but had no significant effect on the adenosine content. MgSO4 had no significant effect on either of the responses.
