喙荚云实种皮总黄酮的提取及黄酮类型的初步鉴定 被引量:5

摘要 采用L9(34)正交试验表进行试验,通过极差和方差分析优化确定喙荚云实种皮总黄酮的超声波-乙醇提取条件为:乙醇浓度50%,提取温度80℃,提取时间60 m in,料液比1∶15,提取次数为3次,总黄酮的提取率为8.09%。通过喙荚云实种皮总黄酮提取物溶解性试验、显色反应以及产品在不同诊断试剂中的紫外-可见吸收光谱等特征判断其基本结构类型,初步确定喙荚云实种皮中应含有具有A-环邻位二羟基(6,7或7,8-)的二氢黄酮或二氢黄酮醇苷类化合物。 According to L9 (3^4) orthogonal experiment scheme and range and variance analysis, the conditions for the optimal ultrasonic assisted - ethanol extraction of the flavonoids in the seeds coat of Caesalpinia minax Hance were established as follows: extraction for three times using 50% ethanol as the extraction solvent with material to ethanol ratio of 1 : 15 and extraction for 60 min at 80℃ each time. Under the best extraction conditions, the extraction rate of the flavonoids in the seeds coat of Caesalpinia minax Hance was 8.09%. Based on the solubility tests, chromogenic reaction method and the UV - vis spectra of the flavonoids dissolved in different detection reagents, the structure types of the flavonoids can be preliminary identified as a kind of flavanone with o - dihydroxy (6, 7 or 7, 8 ) in ring A or compounds of dihydro - flavonol glycosides.
