摘要
以氨水和苯酐为原料在蒸馏除水条件下反应制得邻苯二甲酰亚胺,产率96.4%。并与以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂、苯酐与尿素为原料进行对比,结果表明:利用苯酐与氨水蒸馏除水法成本较低,产率较高。
The phthalimide was sythesized from phthalic anhydride and ammonia under the condition of distillation in order to carry out water, the yield can reach 96.4%. Compared with the reaction condition of phthalie anhydride and urea as raw material and DMF as solvent, the results showed that using phthalic anhydride and ammonia as raw material under the condition of distillation can reach less cost and higher yield.
