摘要
以高校的教育品质管理为研究对象,依据教学原理、质量管理的观念探讨构建教学质量模式。以六西格玛所提供的质量优化管理理念及步骤为架构,运用界定、衡量、分析、改善、控制等五个关键步骤(DMAIC)来探讨分析,同时应用统计方法来分析学生对于教学过程的需求,探讨学生对提升教学质量的期望与差距,以及学生对学校的期望,发掘学生的真正的需求以及提高学校教学质量的关键要素,期望能提供高校提升教育质量及竞争优势的路径。
With the administration of education quality at university as a research object and the teaching principles and quality administration as the base,this article tries to probe into building a mode of teaching quality.With the ideas of quality-optimization administration and the steps provided by Six Sigma, by means of five key DMAIC steps(define;measure;analyze;improve;control), and by means of a statistic method,this article probes and analyzes the students' demands for teaching process,studies the students' expectation of improving teaching quality and the differences and their expectation of the school,and explores the students' true demands and the key elements of the school's teaching quality,so as to find out the approaches to improving the teaching quality at universities and the competitive advantages.
