高校小教专业课程设置知识取向的思考

Thoughts on Knowledge Orientation of the Curriculum Provision of Elementary Education

基础教育课程改革要求现代小学教师的知识素养应该涵盖以下内容:学科专业知识、现代课程理念、心理健康教育知识、现代教育测量与评价知识、教育研究知识、现代教育技术知识、教师的实践性知识、教师广博文化与乡土知识等。高校小教专业课程设置必须了解基础教育对教师知识的要求,设置符合基础教育改革需要的教师培养课程体系:整合学科专业课程,加强通识教育课程,增加教育类课程的比重,强化教育实践课程,加强信息技术教育课程,开设地方文化的课程。

The reform of basic education curriculum requires knowledge literacy of modern elementary school teachers should cover the following contents： professional knowledge,modern education philosophy,knowledge of psychological health education,knowledge of modern educational measurement and evaluation,knowledge of education research,knowledge of modern educational technology,practical knoledge,extensive culture and local knowledge etc.The curriculum provision of elementary education must be compatible with the basic educational requirement for teachers＇ knowledge,set up curriculum system of teachers＇training which is accordance with needs of basic educational reform： making integration of the specialties, strengthening the structure of liberal educational curriculum,increasing the proportion of educational courses and strengthening educational practical courses,reinforcing the information technology educational course and establishing local cultural course.
