摘要
对鄂尔多斯褐煤进行试验,得出煤中各工业成分和发热量的数据。通过Origin软件做出灰分与发热量的关系曲线,通过SPSS软件对所得数据进行回归分析,得出灰分与发热量之间的试验关联式。根据试验得到煤的特性,对燃用鄂尔多斯褐煤的锅炉提出合理的建议,以利于提高锅炉的燃烧效率和运行安全性。
In this paper,we made a test of lignite in Erdos and got the data of each coal industry component and calorific value.The curve between the ash component and calorific value was made through software of origin,the same with a regression analysis on the data by SPSS in order to get an experimental correlation.The design put forward a reasonable proposal for Erdos lignite combustion boiler by the characteristics of coal got in the test,and improved its efficiency and safety.
