摘要
120只兔角膜碱烧伤眼随机分成5组，分别以3种不同剂量的bFGF滴眼液和素高捷疗滴眼治疗，荧光素染色裂隙灯照相，照片经计算机图象系统分析，并做形态学检查。结果表明bFGF滴服液能促进角膜上皮的愈合。
120 alkali burned corneas of rabbit were treated respectively with the vehicle, three doses bFGF eye drops and Solcoseryl eye-gel. The in jured eye was photographed after the fluoresent staining with a slit lamp and the pictures were dealt with computer-aided picture analysis sys tam. The morphologic examination of corneas was made. The results demonstrate bFGF eye-drop can promote the epithelial healing of cornea in the alkali-injured rabbit eye.
