摘要
为探讨紫外光在三硝基甲苯(TNT)致晶状体损伤中的作用,观察了紫外光对离体羊晶状体内TNT光化反应的诱导作用,以及TNT光化反应物的致高铁血红蛋白形成作用。结果:随照射剂量增加羊晶状体内TNT光化反应产物同步增加;TNT光化反应比TNT原形有更强的致高铁血红蛋白形成作用。结论:紫外光照射对TNT致晶状体损伤作用有重要影响。
Objective To investigate of ultraviolet ray on lens injury from trinitrotuluene(TNT).Method Observing photochemical reaction of TNT induced by ultraviolet ray in the sheep lenses in virto and hamiglabin formation action resulted TNT photochemical substances.Results TNT photochemical substance were obviously increased asso ciated with ultraviolet ray,the haminglubin formation action induced by TNT photochemical substances was signifcantlly Stronger than TNT itself.Conclusion Ultraviolet ray play a important role in the lenses injury induced TNT
