晶体异物及白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入术

Simultaneous extraction of lens foreigh body and phacomulsifi-cation with introcular lens implantation

目的：探讨晶状体异物摘出及白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术的经验体会。方法：外伤性白内障晶体异物共6例，均在撕囊和水分离后直接夹出异物或用电磁铁吸出异物，植入PMMA5．5mm人工晶状体。结果：6例手术均顺利成功。术后第1天视力均达0．3以上，随访1－6月均达0．5以上，手术主要并发症为角膜内皮水肿和虹膜睫状体炎。结论：晶状体异物摘出及白内障超声乳化摘出联合人工晶状体植入术具有视力恢复快，双眼单视减少屈光参差，术后反应轻，减少患者二次手术心理负担及重复手术的痛苦，值得临床推广。

Objective To study and evaluate the effect of simultaneous extraction of lens foreign body and phacomulsification with introcular lens implantation.Methods Six eyes with foreign body and traumatic cataract were operated.Foreign bodys were extracted directly or by electric magnect after capsulorhexis and hydodissection. 5. 5 mm PMMA lens were used in operation.Results All operation were finshed successfully.All cases have vistal acuities of 0.3 or better at first postoperative day and 0.5 or better after 1-6 months.The main complications included corneal endothelium edema and iridocyclitis.Conclusion Simultaneous extraction of len foreign body and phacomultification with IOL implantation can shorten the period of visual rehabilitation,reduce early postoperative astigmatism, avoid for another operation.The technique is voluable to be applied entensively.
