老年性白内障人工晶状体植入术后角膜散光的观察

Analysis of corneal astigmatism following cataract extraction with intracapsular IOL implantation

本文对老年性白内障常现上方角膜缘切口现代囊外摘出联合囊袋内后房型人工晶状体植入术103眼术后角膜散光的自然变化及视力恢复进行了观察。结果表明：患眼术后循规性散光逐渐减小，半年后趋于稳定，术后1．5年基本上恢复角膜生理性散光状态。视力的恢复与角膜散光状态的改变吴同步趋势。

The nathal course of corneal astigmatism is 103 eyes following extracapsular cataract extraction with intracapsual IOL implantation was in vestigted in this study.The results indicated that the corneal astigmatism with -the-rule becreased in time and stablized half year postoperatively and was approaching p reoperative values 1.5 years postooperatively.The paper also investigated the rehabilitation of visual acuity postoperatively and revealed its consistence with the decrease of corneal astigmatism,the visual acuity wes approaching stabilization six months opostooperatively.
