摘要 VT包芯线粉芯的主要材料是氮化钒,使用中对其粒度有严格要求,在对氮化钒破碎中会产生很多细粉,不能直接使用.为了改善粉末的流动性和提高细粉的利用率,拟定了分级—造粒—干燥工艺对氮化钒粉末进行处理,该工艺流程的核心是造粒.基于氮化钒粉末圆盘造粒的正交试验结果,分析了圆盘转速、粘合剂加入量和原料粒度对干球成粒率和干球落下强度的影响,并通过极差分析和方差分析确定了氮化钒粉末圆盘造粒时较适宜的造粒工艺. Vanadium nitride is the main material of the VT cored -wire powder core,it's very strict with particle size in use, but there are too many fine powders after crushing, so they can't be used directly. In order to improve the powder flowability and increase the fine powder utilization, the classification - granulation - drying technological process is employed. In this process,the critical technology is granulation. Based on the orthogonal test of pan granulation of vanadium nitride powder, this paper studys the impact on grnulation percentage and drop number of dry pellet with the factors of disc rotation speed, binder addition amount and material particle size. The reasonable pan granulating technique for vanadium nitride powder is definitized by extreme difference analysis and variance analysis.
