U60型微型数控平旋盘的结构分析

摘要 从工艺要求角度,介绍了U60型微型数控平旋盘产品设计过程中的创新设计方法和模块化机械解决方案,阐述了行星齿轮机构传动以及主轴旋转和平旋盘进给的运动合成问题,首次提出了该组合轮系用于复杂的局部结构切削加工的机构设计方案。该方法在车铣复合加工工艺和机床设计方面具有重要的研究价值和实际推广运用前景。 According the requirement of technology, in this paper, the innovation method and modular mechanical solution in the designing process of U60 type mini-NC fiat rotary plate were introduced. Meanwhile, the planetary gear mechanism, and the motion synthetic of spindle rotary and the flat rotary plate feed, were also described in detail. This complex gears which is introduced the first time can be used in local structure cutting of sophisticated mechanism. The method has the significant research value and application prospects in turning-milling combined machining technology and machine tools designing.
