摘要
为了开发新一代化工仿真系统,提出了一种基于WEB的化工仿真系统的开发方法,运用数学建模及序贯模块法进行建模后,采用组态软件进行开发。系统以典型的苯加氢生产环己烷为例,将工艺流程分析计算结果、二维视景以及操作评价结合在一起,使操作人员通过网络像访问普通网站一样随时进行仿真操作,实现了异地操作,强化了系统交互性操作和资源共享性。同时简化了开发步骤,缩短了开发周期,从而为化工系统仿真、虚拟设计、试验和技术培训提出了一种新的思路。
In order to develop a next - generation chemical simulation system, the paper proposed a method for developing chemical simulation system based on WEB. By means of mathematic model and sequential modular approach, and based on a configuration software' s powerful function, the development can be achieved. This system typically takes producing cyclohexane by the method of hydrogenation of benzene as an example, combines the calculating outcome of technological process with the two - dimentional vision and the operation assessment, so that the operators can handle the simulation process at any time, just like surfing on the those common webs, which promotes the operatability in different places and the sharing of resources. Meanwhile, the system simplifies the developing procedures, shortens developing cycle, so as to provide a new conception for chemical system simulation, simulating design,experiment and technical training.
