A Novel Method for Source Number Detection in Spatial Correlated Color Noise

摘要 针对精确的信号源数估计,一直是盲源分离以及高分辨率阵列信号处理中一个亟待解决的问题,然而现在许多检测方法对不同的噪声环境非常敏感,且复杂度高。基于以上的限制与缺陷,利用两个独立阵列之间噪声不相关的特性,采用联合协方差矩阵的规范相关系数作为分类特征,提出了一种基于规范相关系数的信源个数检测方法进行仿真,仿真结果证明,提出的算法在低信噪比和高噪声相关系数的情况下能获得好的性能,且算法的复杂度低。 A problem central to blind source separation and most high resolution array signal processing is to determining the number of signals. However, the traditional methods are sensitive to different noise fields and highly complex. To overcome the drawbacks, an effective detection method of the number of sources is proposed using the canonical correlation coefficients of the joint covariance matrix. Compared with the traditional methods, the proposed algorithm has a better performance and lower complexity. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
