稀土助剂La_2O_3在CH_4-CO_2重整反应中的应用

摘要 采用浸渍法制备不同La2O3含量的Ni/La2O3-γ-Al2O3系列催化剂.通过固定床流动反应的方法,考察添加稀土助剂La2O3对镍基催化剂在CH4-CO2重整反应中的活性、稳定性的影响.结果表明:La2O3的加入能够有效地提高Ni基催化剂的活性和抗积炭性能,延长催化剂的使用寿命.但La2O3的负载量不宜过多,否则会使催化剂的活性降低. Several of Ni/La2O3-γ-Al2O3 catalysts containing different La2O3 dosage were prepared by impregnation method.The influence of the rare-earth additives La2O3 on the catalyst activity and stability in the CH4-CO2 reforming reaction was studied by the method of the fixed bed reaction.The results showed that the activity of the Ni based catalysts and the resistance of carbon deposition were increased,and the lifetime of the catalyst was prolonged with the loading of La2O3.However,if La2O3 was loaded more in the catalyst, the catalyst activity would be decreased. The Ni/La2O3-γ-Al2O3 catalyst loaded 12 % La2O3 is feasible in this study. The catalyst activity was affected by the impregnating sequence of the rare-earth additives and activity component, and the activity of the catalyst was the highest when Ni was firstly impregnated.
