摘要 研究斜发沸石以及分子筛代替炭黑作补强剂在橡胶中的应用.考察不同量的斜发沸石、分子筛对橡胶的补强效果,同时考察偶联剂对橡胶复合体系的影响.实验结果发现:当斜发沸石的加入份数为5份(质量分数)时,橡胶的拉伸和磨耗性能稍微下降,当加入10~20份时,性能下降很多.当5A分子筛加入5份时,橡胶的拉伸和磨耗性能下降,断裂伸长率也下降.体系的力学性能随着偶联剂用量的增加有所提高,加入1.5份时,力学性能最好. The clinoptilolite zeolite as well as the molecular sieve was studied on replacing the carbon black in rubber application The different amounts of clinoptilolite zeolite and molecular sieve reinforcing action on the rubber were investigated.Simultaneously,the coupling agent on the impact of rubber compound was also investigated.When the addition of clinoptilolite was 5phr,the tensile strength and abrasion property of rubber decreased and rupture elongation rose.When the added amount of clinoptilolite was more than 10phr,the property was declined sharply. When the addition of molecular sieve was 5phr,the tensile strength and abrasion property of rubber drops and rupture elongation also declined. Coupling agent on the impact of rubber compound was also researched. The tensile properties of rubber, with coupling agent increasing, became better. When the addition of coupling agent came to 1.5 phr, the tensile property of rubber was the best.
