摘要
本文运用协整分析与误差修正模型等计量分析方法就1983-2007年间外商直接投资对中国国内投资产生的影响做了实证分析。从分析结果来看，长期内外商直接投资对国内投资产生了挤出效应，而短期内外商直接投资对国内投资存在滞后一期的负影响，这要求对当前的利用外资政策做一定程度的调整，从而削弱这种挤出效应，不断提高利用外资的质量。
An empirical analysis of the effect of foreign direct investiment from 1983-2007 on China＇ s domestic investment is ready by using the cointegration analysis and the error correction model. The results obtained show that foreign direct investment has a crowdingout effect on domestic investment in the long term while in the short term it has a lagged and negative effect, which requires the relevant government departments to make a right adjustment in the current policy on utilization of foreign investment so as to weaken such a crowding-out effect and make better use of foreign investment.
