摘要
组织内部信任的保持对组织和谐顺利发展具有重要作用,而近年来信任的破坏时有发生。本文在界定组织内部信任定义的基础上,分别对近期国内外组织内部信任破坏和修复相关理论进行了回顾。认为目前对组织内部信任破坏的研究并不多见,并总结了信任修复方法和情境因素的影响,提出信任修复过程模型。最后讨论了组织内部信任的破坏和修复需要继续探索的方向。
Trust in organizations plays an important role in the harmonious development of an organization. But trust violation occurs from time to time in recent years. Based on the definition of trust in organizations, the paper reviews the recent theories at home and aborad about trust violation and repair in organizations respectively. It is shown that few researches are on trust violation in organizations till now. The paper summarizes the measures of trust repair and influence of context factors, and puts forward the process model of trust repair. Finally where the further exploration of trust violation and repair will lead is discussed.
