摘要 电解是锌湿法冶炼中最主要的能耗过程,如何减少电能消耗、降低电费是值得深入研究和探讨的课题;以株冶电解VII系列为对象,分析能量传递和消耗机理,结合运行数据和专家经验,研究电流密度、电解液酸锌含量及温度、电解液状况对电流效率及电耗的影响,建立了锌电解过程节能降耗优化模型,根据系统检测控制需求设计了系统方案并开发了过程优化控制系统,实现混合液酸锌比的准确专家优化控制,稳定了生产,有效降低了锌电解生产过程中的单位直流电耗。 Electrolysis is defined as main energy consumption in zinc hydrometallurgy. It is worth studying and discussing in--depth about the topic that how to reduce power consumption and electricity. Based on the Zhuzhou Smelt Electrolysis VII series, this topic is to analyze energy transfer and consumption mechanism. Also, this topic combines with operation data and experts' experience to study current density, zinc and acid content and temperature of Electrolyte and how Electrolyte status affects Current efficiency and Electricity consump tion. The topic sets up a Zinc electrolysis process optimization model for energy saving. According to the need of detect control system, the topic designed a system program and developed an optimize process control system, so that it is correct for the rate of Mixture of zinc by experts' optimizing controlling, stable production, and it is effective to reduce direct current power unit in Electrolytic zinc production process.
