摘要 蚕丝作为一种天然生物高分子聚合物有着独特的物理机械性能。将天然家蚕丝在弱碱性条件脱胶后,浸泡于体外配制的模拟体液(SBF)内,最终采用环境扫描电镜(ESEM)、红外光谱(IR)对材料形态形貌及其物相组成进行分析讨论。结果表明:脱胶天然蚕丝纤维具有较好的表面生物活性及无机离子诱导能力,丝纤维表面出现晶体沉积。为天然蚕丝生物性研究及应用提供一定理论依据。 Silk is a natural biopolymer with outstanding physical and mechanical properties. Raw silk fibers were took off the sericin at alkalescence environment in the experiment. Then, they were soaked in Simulated Body Fluid (SBF) of definite concentration to carry through experiment outside body. Finally, the configuration and component of the materials treated were analyzed by environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) and infrared (IR) spectroscopy. The result indicated that the silk fibers took off sericin have better bioactivity and inductivity to mineral ion on surface. It could provide a certain academic enlighten for biological approach and application of the natural silk.
