摘要
随着系统的复杂度越来越高,复杂系统的性能、可靠性和寿命都容易发生退化,因此对复杂系统采取延寿措施以提高系统的使用寿命非常必要;文中首先分析了复杂系统延寿的必要性,之后对复杂系统延寿体系结构原理进行了研究;在此基础上,设计了基于寿命预测技术的复杂系统的延寿体系,包括数据采集、数据处理、状态检测、故障诊断、预测评估、健康管理等功能;通过该体系设计,能够有效地对系统进行延寿,提高复杂系统的使用寿命。
With the complexity of system increases rapidly, the performance, reliability and the life of complex system will degenerate. So it is very indispensable to apply life extension method to extend the life of the complex system. This paper firstly analyzes the requirement of life extension of complex system. Secondly, the life extension architecture principle of complex system is studied. Furthermore, it proposes the design of life extension system of complex system based on the life prognostic. Based on this method the usage life of complex system can be extended effectively.
