茶叶染料对柞蚕/锦纶复合丝织物的染色

Dyeing Property of Tea Dyestuff to Tussah Silk/Nylon Compound Fabric

探讨天然茶叶染料对柞蚕/锦纶针织物的染色性能,对染色样品的K/S值,L*、a、b等色度指标及染色牢度进行测试,确定了直接染色和媒染染色的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,直接染色最佳工艺为:温度90℃,时间50 min,pH5,染料质量浓度为提取原液质量浓度的80%(g/L),直接染色可获得较好的染色深度和牢度,皂洗和摩擦牢度均达到3级或3级以上;经媒染后,织物的K/S值提高显著,染色牢度略有提高,媒染剂种类对染色织物色相影响较大。

The dyeing property of tea dyestuff to silk/nylon knitted fabric were discussed, and the K/S value CIELAB color difference values and color fastness were measured the optimal conditions for direct dyeing and mordant dyeing were obtained by single-factor test and orthogonal test. The results showed that the best condition for direct dyeing was performed at 90℃ for 50min at pH value 5 with the dye concentration of 80%C （g·L^-1） better dyeing depth and color fastness properties can be obtained under this condition the washing fastness and crocking fastness for the dyed fabrics arrived to 3 degree and above 3 degree. The improvement of K/S value was remarkable with mordant and the color fastness improved not obviously, and the style of mordant dyeing had larger effect on dyeing fabric.
