交织型涤纶面料工艺参数与其阻燃性能的关系

The Connection of Process Parameters and Flame Retardant of Interleaving Type Polyester Fabric

为了探明交织型涤纶面料阻燃性能与工艺参数之间的关系,选择3种纤度的普通涤纶长丝作为经纱,2种阻燃涤纶长丝和1种阻燃涤纶短纤纱作为纬纱,试制了10种涤纶阻燃面料,并对面料的阻燃性能进行了测试与分析。结果表明,交织型涤纶面料中织物平方米克重和阻燃涤纶含量均是影响织物阻燃性能的主要因素,其中阻燃涤纶的含量与损毁长度之间的相关系数绝对值达0.969 1,两者之间具有极好的线性相关性。

In order to find out the relation of process parameters and flame retardant of interleaving type polyester fabric, three kinds of size ordinary polyester filament as chaine, two kinds of flame retardant polyester filament and one kind of flame retardant polyester short fiber yarns as weft, there are developed 10 kinds of flame retardant polyester fabrics, and tested and analyzed these flame retardant properties. Results show that square meters grams and flame retardant polyester content are the main influence factors of flame retardant properties in the type of polyester fabrics interweaving fabric, the correlation absolute value between flame retardant polyester content and the damage length is 0.969 1, with very good linear correlation.
