一种磁通门传感器的移相电路设计

摘要 随着智能传感器的发展,需要传感器能进行智能化或自动化的调试,但是传统磁通门传感器处理电路中的移相电路稳定性不高且调试不方便;文章以延时的时间映射为信号间的相位值作为移相原理,设计了一种可预置的数字移相电路;该电路采用0.6μm的BiCMOS工艺设计,利用Hspiece进行仿真验证;结果表明,该电路在典型边界条件下的移相误差约为0.54°,移相范围0°-±180°。移相不仅稳定可靠,操作灵活方便,而且实现了数字调节移相,满足了传感器智能化或自动化的调试要求。 With the development of intelligent sensors, the sensors are needed to he able to debug intelligently or automatically, but the stability of phase--shifting circuit is tow and dehugging is difficult in the traditional fluxgate sensor singal prccessing circuit. A presetted digital transfer circuit is put forward which based on a proposed phase-- shifting principle to correspond the time delay with the signal phase val ue. This circuit is implemented in 0. 6μm BiCMOS process. The simulation and valid results based on the Hspiee show that in the typical corner, phase--shifting error can be kept within 0. 54 , the range of phase angle which can be transfered is from 0°to 180° . Phase--shifting cir cult is not only stable, reliable, flexible and easy, but also able to realize digital phase--shifting adjustment to meet the requirments of debugging intelligently or automatically.
