介绍了我国突发性水污染事件应急监测概况,总结了应急监测的特点,提出了应急监测的基本要求,对水质应急监测和水文应急测验进行了重点分析,提出了布点、频次设定和项目选择的原则,并对应急监测的时限做了分析。

This paper introduced the general situation of Chinese water pollution incidents,summed up the characteristics of emergency monitoring,put forward the basic requirement for contingency monitoring,analyzed the contingency monitoring of water quality and hydrology,advanced the principle of monitoring spots selections,frequency settings and item selections,and analyzed the time limit of contingency monitoring.
