海龙药材及其伪品的HPLC指纹图谱研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的建立海龙药材及伪品的指纹图谱,为其质量控制提供科学依据。方法样品用乙醇超声提取,采用HPLC分析。色谱条件:Waters C18色谱柱,柱温40℃,测定波长210nm,0.05%磷酸-乙腈洗脱,测定时间50min。应用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"对色谱化学成分信息进行分析。结果首次建立了6种海龙的指纹图谱。不同品种海龙的指纹图谱有明显差异,色谱聚类分析结果与性状鉴定结论一致。结论HPLC指纹图谱简便、灵敏、专属性强,可用于海龙药材的质量控制。 OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC fingerprint method for syngnathus quality control. METHODS Samples were extracted with 95% ethanol by ultrasonic wave and then separated on Waters X Terra MS C18 column. Non-linear Elution was carried out with a mobile phase of 0.05% phosphonic acid-acetonitrile. The detection wavelength was 210 nm and the column temperature was set at 40 ℃. The software "Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCMs" (Version 2004A) was employed to generate the mean chromatogram and carry out the similarity analysis of the samples. RESULTS HPLC Fingerprints of 6 kinds of Syngnathus were established for the first time. The result of Cluster Analysis based on HPLC fingerprints was consisted with macroscopical identification, indicating that the developed method had good specificity. CONCLUSION The method established is simple, rapid, sensitive, exclusive, and can be utilized as a quality control measurement for Syngnathus.
