The paper describes the construction, function and design method of oxygen lance lifting equip- ment's safety protection system. The active protection system reduces the accident's probability through install some electric or mechanical devices against the parts those easily create accident. The passive protection system reduces the loss in the fall or impact crest accidents. Through install the safety system, the oxygen lance equipment can prod- uct safe and highly efficiency.
