A New Type Removable Trough Cover Manipulator of Cast House in Blast Furnace

国内外高炉生产实践证明,移盖机是现代化大型高炉实现炉前机械化不可缺少的关键设备之一。结合国内大中型高炉风口平台出铁场炉前移盖机的结构设计特点和现场运行情况,介绍一种已投入工业化应用的新型全液压炉前移盖机,并详细阐述了其机械和液压系统构成、机构设计原理、运动特征分析和关键计算分析。

Operation of blast furnaces at home and abroad demonstrate that removable trough cover manipulator is an indispensable key equipment for mechanization of large capacity blast furnace cast house. Based on structural design features and field operating conditions of removable trough cover manipulators on tuyere platforms in cast house of large and medium capacity blast furnaces in China, a new type full hydraulic removable trough cover manipulator that has been put in industrial application is introduced in this article. Its mechanical and hydraulic system, mechanism design principle, motion features analysis and critical computation analysis are also described in detail.
