Establishment and application of safety credit system of construction contracting enterprise

针对中国建设工程安全生产的现状,在企业安全信用的基础上,设计了安全信用指标体系,提出选择政府主导型的安全信用运作模式,从完善安全事故赔偿、引导企业加强信用管理等企业内部环境和加快信用数据开放、加强信用机构监管等企业外部环境入手,推进并持续改进施工承包企业安全信用体系。

According to the present situation of construction engineering in China and based on clarifing safety credit of construction contracting enterprise,this paper designs a series of elements of safety credit,which include that choosing the government-oriented operation mode of safety credit,improving compensation of safety accidents and enhancing credit management and strengthening supervision to achieve the result of promoting and continuously improving the safety credit system of construction contracting enterprise.
