关于高校和谐校园文化建设的思考

从高校校园文化的基本内涵入手,指出校园文化是高校特有的精神环境和文化氛围,高校校园文化是高校的灵魂。分析了高校校园文化的特征和基本功能,进而从倡导主流文化、继承与创新相结合、培养合作意识、树立团队理念、构建和谐育人环境等方面阐明了新形势下加强高校校园文化建设的若干途径。

Starting with the basic connotation of campus culture,the article proposes that campus culture is campus s vital spirit to their own distinct cultural and spiritual environments.The article also analyses the basic function and characteristic of campus culture and clarifies the main methods of how to strengthen cultural infrastructure such as：promoting the mainstream culture,persisting in the conmbination of inheritance and innovation,cultivating teamwork and team spirit firmly,developing a harmonious education environment and so on.
