摘要
针对加油站经过新一轮定岗定编后,工作人员相对减少,出现了人手紧张的问题,从四个方面探讨了挖掘内部潜力,提高工作效率的方法。一是加油站经理要掌握工作规律,统筹兼顾,在加油高峰时,以加油员的身份为顾客加油;二是加油员背收款包,不仅能减少工作强度,还可减少"短款"概率;三是改进电脑加油机的输入次序,减少顾客等候时间,减少差错短款的发生;四是把加油员培养成多面手,能够快速处理加油站出现的问题,大大提高加油站的工作效率。
After the later round fixation of posts and staff in gas stations,the serving staff decreased, which resulted in the problem of staff shortage.The problem of how to excavate the internal latent capacity and improve the working efficiency was discussed from four aspects.Firstly, the gas station manager should refuel for the custom as a refueling worker at the refueling peak. Secondly,refueling workers should take the receipt bag when refueling,which not only reduced labor intensity,but also reduced discrepancy probability. Thirdly,the input order of computer refueling machine should be improved to reduce custom waiting time and lower error and discrepancy. Fourthly,the refueling workers should be trained to be able to treat rapidly the incidents in gas station and improve operating efficiency.
