摘要
对承包商事故多发的原因进行了分析,提出了减少事故发生的具体措施:严把承包商入场关,建立安全生产责任制,规范开展承包商安全教育,强化危害识别和风险评估工作。
The reasons of contractor accident proneness were analyzed,and the preventive measures to reduce accidents were presented including controlling strictly admittance of contractor,establishing safety production responsibility system,regulating contractor safety education,enhancing hazard identification and risk evaluation,strengthening field supervision,and constructing contractor safety examination system.
