根据强制执行的有关控制汽油油气排放污染的三个国家标准,阐述了实施三个《标准》的环保与节能意义,强调汽油密闭装卸、密闭储存和密闭运送是实施三个《标准》的关键,探讨了汽油装卸时气液比对油气回收设计的影响,以及内浮顶油罐不能在汽油装卸过程中实现油气回收和现用的压力/真空阀不能有效控制移动储油容器"小呼吸排放"的原因,并提出了解决办法。
The article described the environment protection and energy saving significance of implementing three'Standard',emphasized that realizing oil vapor recovery during storage,transportation and distribution processes of gasoline was the key to implement three'Standard',discussed the effect of vapor-liquid ratio of gasoline handling on oil vapor recovery design,pointed out the reason why oil vapor recovery could not be realized using inner floating roof tank during gasoline handling, and the respiration emission of mobile oil vessel could not be controlled using the pressure/vacuum valve,and presented the method to solve the above -mentioned problems.
